In today's increasingly uncertain and volatile world it is clear that organizations that thrive understand the critical importance of being able to make fast and confident decisions; yet all too often decision-making is bogged down by increasingly obsolete management processes. The goal of my research, teaching and consulting is to help organizations make better decisions, faster. I call this Predictive Intelligence which I define as:

"The ability to continuously and expeditiously synthesize and analyze all available intelligence, develop options and make decisions"
